RFID tags for all solutions
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology is used to identify, track and trace all types of products. The conversion and manufacturing of RFID tags consists of integrating the IC circuits in useful formats for printing and encoding, so that all users have a solution to their application.
There are multiple applications for different sectors: logistics, industry, pharmaceutical, clothing stores, NFC, airlines, bookshops, etc.
Depending on the use, we have tags and inlays (UHF, NFC, HF and LF) with different memories and antenna sizes. We can modify adhesives and delivery formats.
RFID Tags
UHF Tags
UHF tags offer excellent performance and different memory options. Each product has a unique TID and a carefully designed antenna to provide the same reading quality in all tags. The latter is very important when an RFID tag is going to be used from the manufacturing stage until the product reaches the end user, including all the storage and distribution processes.
HF Tags
HF 13.56 MHz RFID technology is a globally accepted frequency in many RFID applications. The technology is perfect for product authentication and traceability solutions in the pharmaceutical sector. The most common applications are: access control, RFID in libraries, automated storage systems, ticketing for events and HF wristbands for hospitals. Tags and inlays with HF frequencies offer a better result when RFID is used in challenging environments such as liquids or metals.
LF Tags
Low Frequency (125-140 kHz) are used in the identification of people, animals, containers and boxes or industrial applications where there are a lot of metal or liquids. The magnetic field is very well defined and the reading range is a few centimetres. We have HDX, FDX-A and FDX-B technology with its different integrated circuits.
NFC Tags
NFC technology is a globally accepted standard for all types of markets. NFC inlays can carry more data than a barcode, they are more secure and can be password protected, etc. NFC tags can be read with your mobile phone, which enables you to make interactions between people and objects.
RFID Sensors
More and more UHF tags with RFID humidity and temperature sensors are becoming available. They are passive tags that record different environmental changes. By reading them we obtain information about their status. They are composed of a Magnus integrated circuit (IC). They can be applied in applications where active or semi-active sensors are not practical or to avoid battery maintenance.
